How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day, and usually arrange site surveys within a week or two.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The rooms or surfaces involved, rough sizes if you know them, any photos of the space and finishes you like, and your ideal timescale. Don’t worry if you’re unsure — that’s what the survey is for.
Do you charge for surveys?
No. Surveys and quotes within our service area are free and there’s no obligation.
